     Sloan's Collision Repair is certified with both I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) and ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) through their intensive training programs. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) is well known as the industry-leading certification program for automotive professionals. ASE certification means that an individual has passed tough industry-developed exams and meets experience requirements. Since it recognizes individual accomplishments, ASE's certification serves as an impartial, third-party endorsement of your knowledge and experience on a national, even international basis.

I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) is the among the highest recognition for training in the collision industry. As an I-CAR certified collision repair shop, Sloan's Collision Repair is dedicated to providing their customers with efficient, safe and high-quality repairs. The I-CAR certification ensures that Sloan's Collision will continue throughout to update training and knowledge of the collision repair process and industry trends.

The National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) is a leading provider of high-quality occupational competency assessment in the United States and around the world.  The NOCTI is made up of a two part test.  To pass the written test you must score higher than the national average.  To pass the hands on assessment the particapant is given a task list.  They must demonstrate their knowledge of each subject area in collision repair.  The particapant is graded by a judge as they complete each task assigned.  Passing the NOCTI illistrates a person's knowledge in their work field.

The technicians at Sloan's Collision Repair are Certified Painters throught NEXA AUTOCOLOR.  This certification was recieved by attending paint training sponsored by NEXA which is owned by PPG.  This ensures all our customers that their newly painted vehicle is backed by a warranty from Sloan's Collision and also a factory backed warranty for NEXA AUTOCOLOR.
